Congratulations to this years Stampede Challenge Champions of the 1995 age bracket.

Team Northwest is a summer hockey program at the AAA level involving
select or elite players from the Midwest and western states. The program
began in 1991 and was formed for the elite hockey players to play against
similar players and teams from across North America and Europe
Throughout each year, division managers and those involved in our
program recruit players of the AAA caliber to participate in the formation
of 5 teams. The teams are Major Atoms, Minor & Major PeeWees and
Minor & Major Bantam.
Team Northwest looks to participate in tournaments of AAA quality,
wherever they exist. We select from one to two summer tournaments in
which players are brought together for intensive practices sessions
and team development prior to each tournament. Upon conclusion of our
final practice, teams depart for the tournament site. Select teams from
the United States, canada, Europe, Russia and beyond, provide highly
competitive competition and some of the finest hockey available.
Team
Northwest's goals and objectives are in the establishment of the most
competitive teams possible. This begins with a core of players possessing
AAA skills and knowledge in the game of Hockey. It is our position to
provide players with the best coaches available within a program that
stresses player and team development. We roster 18 players and play
to win!
Players involved in the Team Northwest program have come to us from
the states of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois,
Iowa, Montana, Missouri, Michigan, Nevada, Texas, Washington, the Dakotas,
Minnesota, and more. Our
Intent is to make the experience a positive time for the player, his
family, and the team. This is achieved by having a combination of high
caliber players, quality coaches, and the best competition we can find.
Our Motto is: Northwest, "A Team with a Winning Attitude."
Participation fees are kept to a minimum. Each player's family is responsible
for their son's and their own tournament travel and the accommodation
costs at the practice and tournament sites. Billeting players at either
location is limited, but attempts are made to assist a player whenever
possible.
